FAQ

Engineering students and young professionals across the nation who are deeply passionate about the technological advancements occuring in the industry and interested in tracks such as Computing, Robotics and Entrepreneurship. It will be a life changing experience for passionate volunteers and future leaders from various sections and streams to network with each other and grow with IEEE.

WiTS also welcomes young professionals from across the technology industry who advocate for a diverse work environment wherein each individual receives the same opportunities, and who actively wish to participate in the dialog and action necessary to shift the balance.

The Women in Technology Summit envisions to empower delegates to accomplish their dreams and reach for the stars. The summit provides a platform to enable avid interaction amongst invigorating personalities, enthusiastic volunteers, dynamic speakers and future leaders in diverse career paths.

The theme for WiTS '18 is 'Redefining the Defined'.

There are no prerequisites to attend or participate in any event under WiTS. IEEE membership is also not a necessity for attending this event.
