IEEE Mangalore Subsection and IEEE NITK Student Branch presents I2CONECCT 2022 (Industry Institute Conclave on Electronics, Computational and Communication Technologies), an intercollegiate project exhibition and competition.

Prizes and Fee Collection

A total of 40 teams will be shortlisted across all tracks of I2C 2022. Each track will have a winner prize. Special prize for best project proposed by all womens’ team. Only shortlisted teams need to pay registration fees to IEEE-MSS bank account.

Rules and Regulations

  • Registrations to be rolled out by 30th May 2022 via all social media platforms.
  • Rs.300 per team to register (Rs.100 concession upon submitting proof of IEEE Student Membership for atleast one member of the team)
  • Teams of size 2-6 members, open to all third/final year B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/BCA/MCA students in all branches of study across Karnataka.
  • A maximum of six submissions allowed per institute.
  • E-certificates will be distributed to all participants.

Project Shortlisting & Evaluation

Each track will shortlist 8 projects. In the process of shortlisting, any information related to the team and institute will not be disclosed to maintain transparency. The organizing committee will ensure that projects from each track are shortlisted fairly and without any bias. Projects will be shortlisted on the following criteria:

      1. Relevance of the project
      2. Application and implementation of project
      3. Technical complexity and correctness of the project

Shortlisted teams will be evaluated by IEEE-MSS members from academia and industry. The organizing committee will create panels to evaluate the projects based on the members’ areas of expertise.

All third and final year B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/BCA/MCA students in all branches of study across Karnataka can register in teams of 2- 6 members. Head down to the registration link to enroll for the event.

A maximum of six submissions are allowed per institute

Only shortlisted teams need to pay registration fees of Rs.300 per team. The amount will have to be paid to the IEEE-MSS bank account.

Rs. 100 concession upon submitting proof of IEEE Student Membership for at least one member of the team.

All participants will be issued an E-Certificate as a proof of their participation and winners from each track bag home Rs. 3000 and Rs. 2000 for the overall best all-women’s team.
